How can I track my order?
When your parcel ships, we will email you a tracking link or tracking number.
What does “available on backorder” mean?
The product is being manufactured and should be ready to ship within six weeks.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, with a small number of exceptions shown at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Worldwide shipping is free for products marked “Free shipping”. Duties, taxes and import fees may still apply. Other products use the shipping rate shown at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
We ship from Poland. Delivery usually takes 1–5 weeks, depending on the destination and service used.
Why did tracking stop updating?
International parcels may change postal operators after leaving Poland. Updates can pause during the handover and resume when the parcel is scanned in the destination network.
My parcel may be lost. What should I do?
If it has not arrived five weeks after dispatch, email [email protected]. We will contact the carrier and open a claim if necessary. Carrier investigations can take up to three months; if the parcel cannot be found, we will refund the order.
I missed collection and my parcel was returned. What happens next?
Tracking notifications are sent automatically, so please check your spam folder and monitor the shipment. If the order is returned to us, we will charge the return and reshipping costs. If you choose not to have it resent, we will refund the amount paid minus the costs we incurred.
